Trigon cookie notice

Trigon’s cookie notice: which cookies run on the website, for what purpose they are used, how to give and withdraw consent, and how to change your preferences.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files made up of letters and numbers that are stored on your device when you visit the Trigon website. Cookies help the website work and remember your choices. Your browser’s local storage works similarly; this notice treats it together with cookies.

Some cookies are session cookies, which expire when you close your browser. Others are persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Which cookies does Trigon use?

The Trigon website uses two kinds of cookies: necessary cookies and booking cookies. The full list is at the bottom of this page and in Trigon’s cookie settings. We ask for your consent for the booking cookies. The Trigon website does not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies remember your language preference and your cookie choice, so the website works correctly and does not ask you to make the same choice again on every visit. These cookies cannot be opted out of in the cookie settings. If you block them in your browser, the Trigon website may not work fully.

Booking cookies (Cal.com)

The booking calendar for demos and intro calls is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com stores its own cookies on your device for security checks, to protect the booking form and to hold your selected time while you book. The calendar opens on the Trigon website only after you consent to these cookies. You can also open the booking page directly on Cal.com without consenting; Cal.com’s own terms apply there.

Measuring website use

Trigon uses Plausible Analytics to measure website traffic. Plausible does not store cookies or other data on your device and does not collect personal data. It counts page views, button clicks and bookings as aggregate data. Visits are distinguished using an anonymous identifier that changes daily, which cannot be linked to a specific person or used to track you on other websites; your IP address is not stored. Data is held within the European Union.

Because Plausible does not use cookies or identify you, we do not ask for consent for it, and it is not listed as a separate option in the cookie settings.

We ask for consent only for the booking (Cal.com) cookies. You make your choice in the cookie banner, or when you open the booking calendar. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can delete any Cal.com cookies already stored in your browser.

You can change your cookie preferences in the Trigon website’s cookie settings. These open via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, and via the “Settings” button in the cookie banner.

Deleting cookies in your browser

If you want to delete cookies from your device, you can do so through your browser’s privacy or security settings. You will usually need to find the cookies or site data section and choose to delete them. The exact steps depend on the browser you use.

Note that deleting cookies may remove preferences saved on the Trigon website, and you may be asked to make your choices again on your next visit.

The Trigon website may contain links to the websites of other companies or organisations. Trigon is not responsible for the content of those websites or the cookies they use. When visiting an external website, we recommend reviewing its privacy and cookie notices.

Trigon may update this cookie notice if the technologies used on the Trigon website, legislation or good practice change. We will announce material changes on the Trigon website or through the cookie settings.
