When entering a purchase invoice, Trigon suggests a suitable account and VAT code. You review and confirm.
Trigon’s shared automation processes bank transactions from the start. You don’t have to build your own rules to benefit.
For recurring transactions, you can save how they should be coded. Trigon can then process similar transactions automatically.

A new company can be ready to work in Trigon in about 3 minutes. The core workflows and automation are already in place; what you mainly set up are the choices specific to your company. Transferring an existing accounting history is a separate process, and its scope depends on the company.
Yes. Document digitisation is included in the Trigon Business monthly and annual fee. You can send or upload purchase invoices and other source documents to Trigon, and after digitisation they move on into the same accounting workflow.
Yes. Trigon Business has unlimited users, so there’s no extra fee for adding your accountant. You both work with the same information, documents and transactions, without having to start the work again in another system.
You can connect supported bank accounts to Trigon, and transactions from connected banks are updated three times a day: at 8:00, 12:00 and 15:00. You can find more detail on supported connections on the Integrations page.
Automation works at several stages in Trigon. Shared automation applies to bank transactions, and you can save coding rules for your company’s recurring transactions. Recurring e-invoices with a consistent pattern can be automatically turned into purchase invoices and coded. When you enter a purchase invoice, Trigon also suggests a suitable account and VAT code.
Yes. Sending Estonian e-invoices is included in the Trigon Business fee, with no separate sending charge. You can also send Finnish e-invoices from Trigon, which have a separate price list.
Yes. Trigon lets you prepare both Estonian and Finnish VAT reports. This suits companies with a VAT obligation in Estonia, Finland, or both.
Yes. Trigon Business is not just a tool for issuing invoices or managing expense documents. The same system supports professional accounting, including purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, VAT accounting and returns, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting.
Yes. You can move an existing company to Trigon by transferring its opening balances and registers. Our support team can help import larger data sets, such as customer and supplier registers.
Help is available through step-by-step guides and a chatbot, where you can enter your question the moment it comes up. On weekdays, Trigon customer support is also available for questions.
There is no automatic switch to a paid plan. If you want to continue with Trigon, you choose monthly or annual payment and pay for the next period in advance. If you don’t want to continue, no payment obligation arises.

Remember your language preference and cookie choice. The website cannot work without them, so they cannot be declined.
