Documents in one place
Invoices and other source documents don’t have to be scattered across people’s inboxes, folders or message threads.
Trigon Community
Accounting software for non-profits
Non-profits, including NGOs and associations, can keep accounting, documents, approvals, permissions and activity history in Trigon, so finances don’t depend on individual people.

Your organisation’s finances shouldn’t depend on who has the invoices in their inbox, who remembers an agreement or who can tell you how things stand.
Trigon brings everyday financial work into one system. Everyone involved can do their part, and the information stays with your organisation.
Invoices and other source documents don’t have to be scattered across people’s inboxes, folders or message threads.
Invoices can move on to the people designated to approve them, and decisions stay part of the same process.
The accountant doesn’t have to gather documents and explanations from different channels. Work continues with the same data and documents.
Finances shouldn’t depend on who happens to remember everything.
In Trigon you can give people roles and permissions that match what they actually need to do in the organisation.
Can see the organisation’s finances within their assigned permissions and make decisions based on the information they need.
Does professional accounting in the same system.
Gets access only to the information and actions they need to carry out their role.
Can review and approve the invoices assigned to them without having access to the whole accounting system.
Bring in the board, the accountant, project managers and others involved in the process without an extra user fee.
Trigon keeps your organisation’s financial history, not just its final annual report.
When a board member, project manager or other responsible person changes, the next person doesn’t have to piece the organisation’s finances back together from scratch.
The documents, approvals, activity log, accounting data, and the financial information for projects and activities all stay in place.
Trigon’s activity log helps you track important actions taken in the system. That way you don’t have to dig the answer out of people’s memory or old correspondence later.
A former board member’s or other user’s access can be revoked, and the new person given the permissions that match their role.
The information you need isn’t left in someone else’s inbox, computer or memory. Your organisation’s work and history stay in the system.
Example: the activity log shows which user did what in the system and when — this helps you trace what moved where, later.
Knowing your total income and spending isn’t always enough. You often need to see which project, grant, event or activity each amount relates to.
Trigon Community includes professional accounting functionality and a chart of accounts and reporting tailored to non-profits.
Trigon’s view showing income and costs by project and label.
Add labels to documents so you can see which project or activity each cost relates to.
Use labels and projects to view income and costs separately for each activity.
The board doesn’t have to piece together separate spreadsheets to work out how the money for a given project or activity was used.
