A document starts the workflow
Every client has their own email address in Trigon. Send a PDF or receipt there and it goes straight to incoming documents for digitisation.
Trigon Partner
Management platform for accounting firms
An accounting firm or accounting practice can keep clients, documents and workflows in one place in Trigon. Accountants work consistently, and you can see the status of every client’s work.

Your firm serves many different clients, but you don’t have to start from scratch with each one. In Trigon, you can standardise what they have in common and keep the rest flexible.

Every client has their own email address in Trigon. Send a PDF or receipt there and it goes straight to incoming documents for digitisation.

When a supplier has an accounting rule, Trigon creates a purchase invoice from the e-invoice and sends it to the next step.

The companies dashboard shows you which clients’ work needs attention.
Agree on what’s common to every client: settings, templates and working principles. Change them once, and the change applies to everyone.
Bring documents and workflows into Trigon. Then work doesn’t stay stuck in emails, folders or someone’s memory.
When work follows the same pattern for everyone, Trigon takes care of the repetitive steps.
The companies dashboard shows the status of every client’s work. Because the work follows the same pattern, you can compare clients and see where automation is working and where manual work remains.

Automation doesn’t have to make the accountant cheaper. It has to make their work more valuable.
The manager, the accountant and the client all work with the same data. Each has their own role and their own access.
The companies dashboard shows which clients’ work needs attention and where the way of working can be improved.
Shared settings, a visible work queue and automation reduce manual work. It’s easy to take over a colleague’s client, because everyone works the same way.
The client sends documents to one place, and the accountant finds them right away.
Trigon has been built together with accountants, shaped by their feedback and everyday work.
Standard accounting software is built for one company. Trigon gives you shared settings, user management and the work status of every client, across the whole firm.
Documents, confirmation flows and accounting are in one place. When everyone follows the same workflow, Trigon handles the repetitive steps.
The companies dashboard shows the status of every client’s work, and where automation is working and where manual work remains.
The environment your clients see supports your firm’s brand. Trigon is part of your service, not a third party between you and your client.

Accounting firm software brings the accounting, workflows, documents and users of multiple companies into one system. Trigon Partner helps firms standardise, digitise, automate and manage their work as well as do the accounting.
Standard accounting software is designed mainly for one company’s accounting. Trigon Partner adds a firm-wide way of working on top of that: shared financial settings, a companies work queue, user and permission management, and the ability to standardise work across the whole firm.
Trigon Partner is for accounting firms that want professional accounting in one system and a more consistent way of working across clients and accountants. You can start with a smaller client base, and the value grows as you expand.
Trigon lets you share financial settings and templates across your workspace and automate repetitive actions when the system knows how to handle them. For example, an accounting rule can turn an e-invoice into a purchase invoice automatically, and bank payments can be imported and processed automatically.
Yes. Trigon shows you the companies’ work queue and the tasks that need attention. A shared way of working makes data comparable across clients, so you can spot gaps, set goals and measure the effect of your changes.
Each company can have its own email address: a PDF, photo or other source document sent there goes straight into incoming documents in Trigon. Trigon digitises the documents, and you can turn them into an invoice, an expense or a financial entry. Where the way of working is already known, the process can continue automatically.
Yes. In Trigon you can use a multi-level, supplier-based confirmation flow, and create accounting rules for e-invoices that let you generate a purchase invoice automatically and move it on through the workflow.
Yes. Trigon’s principle is that the client relationship stays with the accounting firm. The environment clients see can support the firm’s own brand, so Trigon is part of the firm’s digital service rather than a separate software brand standing between the firm and its client.
Yes. Trigon Partner has no limit on the number of users. The firm can add its team and its clients as its work requires, and manage their roles and access, without each additional user making the collaboration more expensive.
Trigon Partner costs €89 + VAT a month and includes up to 5 active companies and an unlimited number of users. Each extra active company costs €9.90 + VAT a month. The price includes 100 digitised documents per company per month, and each extra digitised document costs €0.10 + VAT. You can start onboarding with a selected group of clients and extend it across the firm step by step.
