Trigon updates: December 2025
In December, lists became more compact, the payment list gained filters and you can now remove an approval workflow from an invoice.
December brought changes to payments, sales invoices and reports, as well as fixes to e-invoice channels and bank payments.
New features
- Sales invoice, payment and other lists have a more compact design.
- In the payment list, the counterparty column shows the counterparty from the bank statement when no counterparty has been assigned to the payment.
- The payment list has new filters, including All payment methods, which lets you view all bank accounts at once.
- You can remove an approval workflow from an invoice.
- Under Settings → Company → Sales, you can enable sales invoice reference numbers and a reference to VAT legislation for EU sales.
- Sales and purchase credit notes warn you if their line amounts are negative, as this makes the credit note an ordinary invoice.
- You can hide accounts with no turnover in the trial balance.
- You can expand and collapse categories in the income statement.
Fixes
- The e-invoice channel selector now shows all available channels.
- Clicking a payment name on a sales invoice or in a report opens the payment card again.
- The GoCardless bank payment import schedule was changed because payments were not always reaching Trigon; payments are now imported at 08:00, 12:00 and 15:00.
